The Court of Queen’s Bench has announced that the suspension of non-emergency and non-urgent court hearings has been extended to May 31, 2020 in light of the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
The Court’s Amended Master Order #3 sets out further information and provides details about which types of family law matters will be considered an emergency or urgent matter.
Applications to the Court for permission to bring an emergency or urgent application may be submitted using the Court’s online request form.
