Alberta’s Court of Queen’s Bench and Provincial Court have increased in-person hearings as of July 6, 2020. The court has announced that all persons entering Alberta courthouses must wear a mask while in any public area of the courthouse, subject to certain exceptions. Masks are available from security at the entrance of the courthouse for those who may not have one. Social distancing must also be maintained.
