Canadians continue to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic with the guidance of the various Provincial and Territorial health authorities. Although guidelines may vary across the Country and change from time to time, template social distancing clauses for parents published by the National Self Represented Litigants Project may be helpful for parents to consider or adapt. Each family situation is unique and parents are encouraged to work together to determine what the best plan is for their individual family.
