COVID-19 AND INFORMATION REGARDING LATITUDE FAMILY LAW’s ONGOING OPERATIONS

Latitude Family Law will continue working on your legal matters while we do our best to help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We are practicing social distancing and will have to be creative and adapt to quickly changing circumstances. We might be working remotely, we might not have full staff in our office to support us, and we might not be able to keep regular hours.

We will not be having in-person meetings unless they are absolutely necessary. If we do need an in-person meeting we will avoid hand-shaking, we will be keeping a distance, we will be using hand sanitizer and asking that you do the same, and we will be keeping the meeting as brief as possible. However, if you meet any of the self-isolation criteria, for example if you have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days or if you are showing any symptoms of illness we will not be able to accommodate an in-person meeting.

We will be reaching out to existing and prospective clients to re-schedule any in-person meetings to telephone or video conference meetings. If you have not heard from us yet please be patient. Please do not come in to the office but rather, send us an email and we will let you know how to proceed.

Please watch this space for further updates from Latitude Family Law.

Be well and keep in touch.
